For those already employed in the industry, the Managed Traineeship offers a flexible alternative. You’ll continue working while completing your qualification through scheduled workshops, weekly check-ins, and bespoke masterclasses. Workplaces must offer a variety of cookery experiences and be approved by Wintec’s Team Manager, Hospitality. Employers benefit from upskilling staff while maintaining productivity and building confident, qualified culinary leaders.

English language requirements
Applicants who have English as a second language are required to have an International English Language Test System (IELTS) score of 5.5, with no individual band score lower than 5.0; or equivalent.
