- Select and recommend plants for amenity use specific to site requirements and needs to achieve aesthetic and functional effect. Use knowledge of plant ordering and specifications including sourcing, identification, grade, quality, size, health. Assses and monitor plants and plantings in amenity spaces and report and act on findings.

- Teaching and Learning Strategy
- Teaching and learning methods will be face to face delivery including workshops, project based interactive tasks, with group sessions, tutorials, and creation of portfolios of evidence.
- Assessment Criteria
- Assessment in this module is mixed mode (both Achievement and Competency) based. To achieve a pass grade for the module the student must complete all pieces of assessment work achieving full competency in any competency based tasks and gain a mark of at least 50% overall for the achievement based assessments.
