Who should complete one of these forms?

• Returning to New Programme form
  Students who have enrolled at Wintec within the last 5 years who want to apply for a new programme of study.
   
• Returning to Same Programme form 
  Current Wintec students studying a Postgraduate Health or Nursing Programme who want to reenrol into the next year or semester of their programmes.
  Students returning to any programme other than Postgraduate Health or Nursing, should meet with their tutor to discuss module selection for the next semester / year and do not need to complete this form.
   
• Who should not complete either of these forms? 
  Students who have attended a STAR course, Waikato Trades Academy or Professional Programme or short course at Wintec.
  New applicants who have not studied at Wintec before.
